History

MH2 is a dynamic and progressive, nationally certified minority business enterprise, with a legacy rooted in some of the nation’s most respected intellectual property law organizations. At our inception in 2003, three experienced patent attorneys from Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP joined together with the goal of providing high-quality patent prosecution and IP counseling services at reasonable rates. We have since grown into a mid-sized patent boutique, and are IP counsel to cutting-edge technology companies, including many in the Fortune 500.

Community

As recognized industry leaders, we believe in doing our part to keep clients and the intellectual property community informed. We frequently lecture at universities, Fortune 500 companies, and bar associations about emerging and current intellectual property topics. We also host training sessions for patent examiners to educate them on new technologies so they are able to efficiently review and assess complex patent applications.

Effectiveness

Our attorneys’ rich background as former patent examiners, clerks, scientists, and engineers give us an edge in the IP market, and make our firm a constant hub of collaboration, strategy, innovation, and solutions. Because we understand the complexity of the patenting process, we have a high level of success in helping our clients grow their patent portfolios and obtaining valuable assets for them to enforce, license, and monetize. Our knowledge of the inner-workings at the USPTO enables us to efficiently streamline our communications with the patent office, saving our clients time and money.
