America Invents Act First-to-File
The USPTO will host a public forum to discuss the first-to-file provisions of the America Invents Act on Monday, March 17, 2014, at its Madison Auditorium, in Alexandria, Virginia from 12:30 to 5 pm ET.
USPTO subject matter experts will discuss a variety of topics, including whether/when an application will be examined under the FITF statutory framework and tips for responding to prior art rejections. Attendees will have several opportunities throughout the afternoon to ask questions.
