Medical Device Group Expanding
MH2 is pleased to announce the expansion of its Medical Device group with the addition of Urmi Chattopadhyay as a Patent Agent. Urmi brings over fourteen years of medical device experience to the Firm as a former engineer, patent examiner, industry consultant, and patent agent in this field. Urmi joins Tram Nguyen, whose practice specializes in counseling small to mid-size medical device companies on IP portfolio development, due diligence, and transactions relating to financing, licensing or acquisitions. Tram joined MH2 last summer and has nearly twenty years of extensive medical device patent experience including as a former patent examiner, in-house patent counsel and practicing patent attorney. Together with the Firm’s resident medical device attorneys, these recent additions underscore the Firm’s commitment to provide its medical device clients with first class intellectual property services.
