Chris has a wide array of experience in patent law for domestic and foreign clients, including patent preparation and prosecution; patent reissue and reexamination proceedings; and patent portfolio development and management. He has particular expertise in the areas of computer hardware and software; oil and gas drilling technology including seismic exploration; photo and imprint lithography; optical systems; cryptography and computer security, telecommunications; networking; and semiconductors.

Prior to joining MH2 Technology Law Group, LLP, Chris was a patent agent with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and Xybernaut Corporation. He is also a former patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where he examined patent applications on cryptography and computer security.
