Her patent experience includes a mix of application drafting, office actions, interviews, appeals and Inter-Partes Review petitions. She has experience rendering opinions regarding the invalidity and non-infringement of patents in various technological areas. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced intellectual property law at several law firms in Northern California, Colorado, and Northern Virginia.
