MH2’s oilfield practice is at the center of its electrical and mechanical practice groups. MH2’s experienced team has decades of combined experience in upstream, midstream, and downstream oilfield technology. We have represented the largest major oil companies, the smallest, start-up service companies, and everything in between. We have successfully prosecuted applications in all phases of the oilfield, from exploration to drilling and completion to production, refining, and delivery. While we focus on patent prosecution, our team is experienced in all aspects of the lifecycle of oilfield patent applications, including original drafting, prosecuting, handling reexamination proceedings, and enforcement.
