David Zibelli has over twenty-five years of experience in all aspects of patent law including preparation and prosecution of patent applications, reissue and reexamination, preparation of infringement, validity and patentability opinions, and trademark and litigation support. He has worked extensively with in-house counsel and foreign counsel to secure worldwide intellectual property rights for clients. He has extensive experience overcoming 101 rejections and successful appeals to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Mr. Zibelli has extensive experience in electrical and mechanical technologies including semiconductors, display devices, automobile and aircraft systems, electronics, software, communications, business methods, image processing devices, cryptography, robotics, power tools, domain name systems and registration, blockchain methods and systems and gaming systems.
Prior to joining MH2 Technology Law Group, LLP, Mr. Zibelli was a patent attorney with Weide & Miller, Ltd. in Las Vegas, NV, with Oliff PLC in Alexandria, VA and with Kenyon & Kenyon in Washington, DC. Before becoming a patent attorney, Mr. Zibelli worked as an electrical engineer with Raytheon in Sudbury, MA.
