Hui-Ju Wu, Ph.D. is a registered patent attorney with particular experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, managing global patent portfolios, conducting due diligences, and providing opinions on validity, infringement, and patentability. Hui-Ju also has extensive experience on patent litigation. Hui-Ju’s technology areas of expertise include biotechnology, plant biology, pharmaceuticals, gene therapies, vaccines, antibodies, genomics, RNA biology, diagnostics, and medical devices, among others.

Hui-Ju started her legal career at Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz, and has since worked at Drinker Biddle & Reath and Ballard Spahr. Prior to her legal career, she conducted research that focused on plant disease resistance for several years.
