Andy Plummer is a registered patent attorney with an electrical engineering background. Mr. Plummer has experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications, both foreign and domestic, in the electrical and mechanical arts. Mr. Plummer’s patent prosecution experience includes all stages of the patent application process, from drafting original applications through appeals, reissues, and reexaminations. His specific subject matter experience includes oilfield exploration, oilfield drilling and completion equipment, aviation technology, printing technology, medical devices and procedures, variable speed drives, physical vapor deposition devices, turbomachines, refinery processes, waste heat recovery systems, and medical devices. Mr. Plummer also has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting design patent applications, including many related to downhole tools. Mr. Plummer has also filed and prosecuted many trademark applications.

Prior to joining MH2, Mr. Plummer was an attorney with the law firm of Edmonds Nolte, PC, in Houston, Texas.
