Linda T. Parker, Ph.D. is a registered patent attorney in the firm’s Biotechnology and Chemical Practice Group. Dr. Parker has experience in U.S. patent preparation and prosecution, foreign prosecution and appeals before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Dr. Parker’s specific areas of expertise include antibodies, vaccines, genomics, signal transduction, RNA biology, plant biology, cell biology, diagnostics, onco-immunology, stem cell differentiation methods, pharmaceuticals, small molecules, and polymer chemistry.

Prior to joining MH2, Dr. Parker worked as an associate at Pillsbury, Winthrop, Shaw, Pittman LLP and Birch, Stewart, Kolasch and Birch, LLP. Dr. Parker previously worked as a Patent Agent with Monsanto Corporation and also with PTC Therapeutics Inc., where she managed the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical patent portfolio.
