MH2 Law Adds Jay Stelacone to Partnership

MH2 Technology Law Group LLP is pleased to announce that Jay Stelacone has been elected to the partnership as of January 1, 2023. Jay is a talented attorney with deep knowledge in mechanical technologies and broad patent law expertise. He has earned a reputation for providing high-quality legal advice and a commitment to client service.

Jay focuses his practice on patent prosecution and client counseling, particularly in the areas of cable products (fiber, coaxial, and category), network connectivity, textile engineering, medical devices, machine health optimization, telecommunications, and consumer electronics and appliances.

Jay began his patent career as a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and was as a patent attorney with Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP in Washington, DC and Oliff PLC in Alexandria, VA before joining MH2.  Prior to his patent career, Jay was a systems engineer, where he advised on aerodynamics, propulsion, and other aspects of U.S. Navy missile systems.
