MH2 Sponsors The Generation Innovation Scholarship

MH2 is proud to announce that it has partnered with Virtual Patent Gateway (VPG) as the inaugural sponsor of The Generation Innovation Scholarship.  This scholarship seeks to reward young creative women for their excellence and contribution to innovative approaches, resiliency for coding, and artistic expression. As part of the scholarship, the recipients will have the opportunity to work directly with seasoned patent attorneys with animation and presentations.  Through such interaction, they will grow both in their technical expertise and in their maturity in professional environments.

The recipients of the inaugural awards are Michelle Kim and Stephanie Grover of VPG.  Michelle Kim is a 2022 high school graduate from Austin, Texas, and the illustrator of the characters in the PeTab safari for Building a Leadership Habitat:  Lessons Learned. She is a project analyst at VPG and part of the Generation Innovation team, assisting VPG and its clients with animation and whiteboard storytelling.  She will spend her “gap year” after graduation with additional art training and more projects with VPG.

Stephanie Grover is a Junior at Virginia Tech, studying Computer Science. She has a love and passion for arts and creative multimedia.  She fills the role of Junior Project Engineer at VPG and works on training modules, animation, and coding projects. Stephanie started as an intern at VPG two years ago and has grown significantly throughout her journey, including coding for E2E notifications for end-users and keeping VPG’s team informed about filings, animation, and whiteboard storytelling.
