Mark Hull has over twenty years of experience in diverse aspects of intellectual property law including patent preparation and prosecution; patentability, validity, and infringement opinions; patent landscape analysis; patent global strategy development; and drafting and negotiating intellectual property agreements. Mr. Hull’s experience spans various technical fields, including autonomous vehicles, hybrid power systems, distributed power systems for locomotives, hydraulic systems, medical devices, diesel engine control and combustion, exhaust aftertreatment devices, turbochargers, work tools (demolition hammers, buckets, couplers, etc.), construction equipment, and construction materials.
Prior to joining MH2 Technology Law Group, LLP, Mr. Hull was a patent attorney with Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP in Cincinnati, Ohio. In addition, Mr. Hull served as corporate intellectual property counsel for Caterpillar, Inc., in Peoria, Illinois.
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Hull worked as a test engineer for the Lubrizol Corporation in Cleveland, Ohio.
